Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council, Schwab, President of the World Economic Forum, Motley, Prime Minister of List of prime ministers of Barbados, Oyun Erden, Prime Minister of Mongolia, Hopkins, Prime Minister of Prime Minister of New Zealand, Fan Mingzheng, Prime Minister of Prime Minister of Vietnam, Ivera, Director-General of the World Trade Organization, and about 1500 representatives from all walks of life from more than 90 countries and regions attended the forum. At the Davos Forum, thousands of politicians, entrepreneurs, and scholars had face-to-face exchanges, and talked freely about the weak recovery of the world economy, geopolitical tensions, the Energy crisis, the food crisis, and climate change and other multiple challenges. They extensively discussed how to restore confidence, restart growth, and promote the world economy to a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient future.

01 Interpretation I | Digital trade has become a new highlight of global trade growth. "The related trade delivered in a digital way has grown very fast, which is a great opportunity for global trade growth, such as e-commerce trade, which has brought great opportunities for youth and women's employment." Director-General of the World Trade Organization Yiweila said during the forum. According to estimates from the World Trade Organization, global digital service exports grew by 8.1% annually from 2005 to 2022, much higher than the 5.6% growth in goods exports. According to simulation calculations by economists at the World Trade Organization, the application of digital technology will lead to an annual growth of 2% in global trade and 2.5% in trade among developing countries over the 10 years from 2021 to 2030. In fact, cross-border e-commerce with scattered participants, small single transaction volume, and large transaction orders has become a new form of digital trade, playing an important role in global trade integration.

02 Interpretation 2 | Consumption upgrading is still the main direction, and Zhang Yuzhuo, Director of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, stated in a speech at the sub forum that although global economic growth faces many challenges, China's economic growth has recovered well since the beginning of this year, with a relatively stable economic trend in the past few months, with a GDP growth rate of 4.5% in the first quarter. The World Bank, OECD and International Monetary Fund forecast China's economic growth this year at 5.6%, 5.4% and 5.3% respectively. The process of China's economic recovery has boosted confidence in the global economic recovery, with good performance in consumption, new energy, and investment. At present, China is the second largest economy in the world and is also a growing and growing economy. The prospects of China's economic development and its impact on the global economy have attracted much attention. Director-General of the World Trade Organization Eveira said that global economic growth will help more countries "get a piece of the cake" from the growing economy. At present, China has become a major trading partner for over 140 countries and regions. As the largest engine driving global economic growth, China has been actively opening up its market to the world and sharing development opportunities with countries around the world.

03 Interpretation 3 | Green, empowering the industry to enter a new track Low carbon environmental protection is another hot topic at this summer's Davos Forum. By summarizing the topics of this year's forum, such as "Collaborating Together: Promoting Energy Transformation", "How to Improve the Carbon Market", and "The Application and Development Prospects of Hydrogen Energy", one can glimpse its popularity. Li Pengcheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive President of Mengniu Dairy, who was invited to attend the meeting, said that Mengniu started its work from feed composition, herd structure, dung management, energy efficiency and other aspects, and will achieve carbon reduction of 180000 tons in 2022 alone; More than 97 million trees of various types have also been planted in the Ulanbuhe Desert. Meanwhile, Mengniu has 27 national level green factories. Attending CEO of Honeywell China, Yu Feng, said that Honeywell is particularly optimistic about the opportunities brought by China's "dual carbon" goals to promote energy conservation, emission reduction, and sustainable development in related industries. Driven by high-quality development goals, the Chinese economy is moving towards digitization and greening, which will provide broad space for the development of enterprises from various countries in China. Borg Brunde, President of the World Economic Forum, said in an exclusive interview with Xinhua News Agency that the World Economic Forum has carried out good cooperation with China in its leader initiative of "planting trillions of trees globally". In Tianjin, where the forum is held, the office building of the Jinmen Lake Alternative fuel vehicle Comprehensive Service Center is also integrated with low-carbon and environmental elements. Looking down from the sky, 852 photovoltaic panels sparkle in the sunlight. The charging station fully utilizes space resources such as roofs and car sheds, laying photovoltaic panels on a large area, and establishing a clean system for "light storage, charging, and exchange" and a green energy control platform to achieve optimized energy allocation and precise control. Key Hang, deputy director of Jinmen Lake Operation Management Center of Chengnan Power Supply Branch of State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company, said that since its operation, the Jinmen Lake Alternative fuel vehicle Integrated Service Center has completed 713800 kilowatt hours of power generation, reducing about 7116 tons of carbon emissions.

04 Interpretation 4 | Embrace the AI revolution. In the survey report of the World Economic Forum on the State of the Connected World (2023), more than 80% of the respondents said that they lack confidence in the responsible use of Data deficient generated by connected devices. If consumers do not trust these devices, it will be difficult to scale up the benefits they bring. Joanna, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, University of Bath

Bryson stated that the digital industry has long lacked sufficient regulations, and many platforms used by people, such as email and social media platforms, are not operated transparently. She pointed out that the public does not trust AI because the information obtained is not yet transparent enough, and suggested introducing a "transparency culture". At the same time, she also called on the government to introduce regulations on technology to ensure that new AI companies use new technologies in a compliant manner. Paula, Minister of Information, Communication Technology and Innovation in Rwanda

Ingabire stated that data is the core of AI, and it is crucial to ensure that data is used reasonably by the industry. The Rwandan government has launched a data management platform to balance technological innovation and personal data protection. For example, by unifying the medical records of medical institutions nationwide, establishing a medical record information exchange platform, and implementing data privacy protection laws, data ownership ultimately belongs to patients themselves. Paula

Ingabire also proposed that AI regulation should be led by the government and a reasonable plan should be developed. In fact, the government cannot fight alone, it must cooperate with enterprises, and the private sector must also come in. In April of this year, China also publicly solicited opinions from the society on the "Management Measures for Generative Artificial Intelligence Services (Draft for Comments)", which mentioned that the content generated by generative artificial intelligence should be true and accurate to prevent the generation of false information; The data used for training generative artificial intelligence shall ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the data.
